As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard and service runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, helping to deliver consistent quality and inspiring creativity in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your section efficiently and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Support junior team members, offering guidance and training where needed.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Assist the kitchen team in maintaining organisation and efficiency during service.
Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef looking to step up.
Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
A positive, hardworking attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
Team spirit and a genuine passion for delivering great food.
